Return and Refund Policy

***Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, the following refund policy applies to our products:

Mail Orders and Telephone Orders:

When a purchase is made, a confirmation letter will be sent out the following business day including a copy of your order and our contact information. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. When your card is charged, the publishers are then paid to extend your subscription; therefore we ask that you do not cancel. However, we are happy to transfer any subscription for you at any time to any other magazine of equal or lesser value. With that being said, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly cancel and refund the difference for any issues not yet received.
